The Founder
Who is T Ngo?
Clarity in risk management for clean energy and AI infrastructure.
T Ngo, ARM, RPLU, is a strategic risk and insurance advisor and the founder of Clean Power Whisperer — the risk translator behind the practice. Twenty years across underwriting, corporate risk, and clean energy — AIG, Hanover, Essex, and Pine Gate.

The Career
Underwriter first. Buyer second. Advisor now.
T's practice is grounded in experience on multiple sides of the table: a decade underwriting management liability, followed by years as an insurance buyer in corporate risk, and most recently as VP of Insurance & Risk for a utility-scale solar and storage developer, owner, and operator.
Her track record includes securing over $2 billion in surety capacity, placing more than $1 billion in tax insurance, and consolidating over $3 billion in property values into master insurance programs.
Clean Power Whisperer is that experience made independent. The practice translates complex exposures, insurance markets, and capital considerations into decisions executives and capital allocators can act on.
The practice is human-first and AI-enabled. T has been experimenting with AI since earning the Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals certification in 2020. Today, frontier models support the research, simulations, and publications behind the practice, while T provides the direction, judgment, and domain expertise.
Her focus sits at the intersection of AI · Energy · Climate: the energy AI demands, the capital infrastructure attracts, and the risks connecting the two.
Outside the practice, T continues building with AI and ranks among the top 10% of builders on Lovable. Her portfolio is available at HelloTNgo.com.
