Hi – I’m T, a strategic risk & insurance advisor – also known as the Clean Power Whisperer. I enjoy building trust and reducing friction in systems that most people find opaque and intimidating.

Through Clean Power Whisperer, I provide strategic risk and insurance advisory services—supporting organizations structuring insurance thoughtfully and making capital-efficient decisions across the project lifecycle: Get, Fund, Build, Run.

Clean Power Whisperer also serves as an educational resource, where I share analytical frameworks, commentary, and training designed to translate insurance and risk management for professionals working across AI, Energy, and Climate.

𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱
I launched my career at AIG in 2006, learning the discipline and craft of underwriting. After underwriting, I moved into strategic risk management—first at one of the largest multifamily real estate investment trusts on the West Coast, and most recently with a fast-growing independent power producer in the Southeast.

Today, I'm part of a global effort to advance energy security, affordability, and sustainability.
